SimpleV VPN is a VPN service operated by 99 Francs Agency. Traffic from our VPN servers belongs to our users, not to us. If you see spam, attacks, copyright infringement or other abuse coming from one of our IP addresses, tell us and we will act on it.

What to include

• The source IP address (and port, if you have it).
• The exact date and time, in UTC, with the time zone stated.
• The destination IP or URL and what happened (for example: a copyright notice, spam headers, attack logs).
• How we can reach you for follow-up.

What we do

• Our servers block outgoing email (SMTP ports 25, 465, 587), peer-to-peer file sharing (BitTorrent) and access to private networks.
• We do not keep logs of the sites our users visit or of their traffic, so we cannot tell you who a user is. We use the details of your report to find and suspend the account responsible, and we suspend repeat offenders.
• We comply with valid orders from competent authorities.
