These terms govern your use of SimpleV VPN, provided by 99 Francs Agency. By using the app you agree to them.

The service

SimpleV VPN encrypts traffic between your device and our VPN servers. Free accounts have a daily data allowance and access to standard regions; paid plans lift these limits as described in the app. We may change plans, regions and limits, and will tell you in the app before changes to a paid plan take effect.

Acceptable use

You must not use SimpleV VPN to break the law, send spam, attack or scan other systems, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, or abuse or overload our servers. We may suspend accounts that do. To report abuse coming from our servers, see Report abuse.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but provide it "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. VPNs may be restricted in some countries; you are responsible for complying with local law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the service

You can stop using SimpleV VPN and delete your account at any time.
